Q. When are tours available?
A. Tours are given throughout the growing and harvesting seasons by request, by advance reservation when weather and work schedules permit. Tours last approximately 1 hour. We are happy to accommodate visitors on our farm when the work schedule and weather allow.
The bogs are in bloom mid June to mid July. Cranberries are growing mid July to mid September. The harvest is mid September to mid December. Fresh cranberries are available for sale (to pick up or be shipped) mid September to the end of December. We often see interesting local birds and wildlife. Bring field glasses or binoculars if you have them, and bring a camera.
We operate farms in East Sandwich, West Barnstable and Chatham. We offer tours at all locations, depending on the current work schedule at each particular farm.
Tours are $20 per person. Minimum group size is 4 persons. Larger groups, plus bus and tour groups are also welcomed, and can be accommodated by advance arrangement. Smaller groups can be arranged at a higher rate per person.
